Metin Negrin is the president of Lexin Capital, which owns 551 among other commercial real estate properties. Metin’s office is located on the 4th Floor. He’s always happy to greet new faces in the building.
Aaron Marcus is the Assistant Vice President at Lexin Capital and licensed real estate salesperson. He’s the contact for leasing activities and is available to address any tenant needs or questions.
